Meditation: Radiant Healthy Body, Mind & Spirit
Opportunity to connect to the natural state of radiant health. Activate supreme healing, health and well-being on physical, mental, spiritual and emotional levels.
In this meditation we use your breath & visualizations to see yourself healthy, vibrant, and whole - it’s designed to create a radiant healthy body.
By using your breath and changing the way in which you breathe, you can activate a variety of physical and mental transformation. Cannon breath helps to strengthen your parasympathetic nervous system. In simple terms that means that it helps your body function at the highest possible level
When not to do The Breath Practice:
We will be using a gentle pranayama (breath practice) as a tool to move beyond your ego. Don´t do this practice if you are pregnant, have serious medical conditions, asthma, or Heart Conditions.
Always use your own guidance and wisdom when it comes to breathing, you can go slower or stop.
2. Journaling Practice:
Checking in - this is the most beautiful way to create a relationship with yourself. Its a gift to find deep connection with yourself.
We tend to seek being held by someone or something in the world. It creates a lot of safety to cultivate it with yourself, the same way you cultivate a relationship with someone else.
When you are with other people, you are present with them, you ask them, how they are, what´s going on for them. That’s what you are going to do for yourself.
I created a journal guide if you want to take it deeper, it depends where you are, but it is mainly about you creating a space for yourself to check in, to express, to be seen, to be heard.
Take a step further: Connect with your higher self. Invite it to guide your writing, allowing its wisdom to flow through your pen. This can help you tap into a sense of clarity, intuition, and trust that deepens your connection to your inner truth.

3. gratitude practice.
Gratitude is a simple yet transformative tool that brings us back to the present moment and cultivates a sense of abundance and joy. It shifts our focus from what’s missing to what’s already here, reminding us of the beauty and support in our lives.
In your journal practice, weave gratitude into your daily reflection. Begin by asking yourself:
What am I grateful for today? Write down 10 things you are grateful for.
Gratitude journaling can be as simple as writing three-ten things you're thankful for each day. It deepens your relationship with yourself by inviting you to acknowledge and celebrate your wins—big or small.
This practice isn’t about forcing positivity but creating space to honor what’s good and supportive in your life, even on challenging days. Over time, gratitude can become a grounding anchor that enhances your connection to yourself and the world around you.
